Club Captain - Men
Welcome to the 2010 season, all Saracens Men.
This season will again be challenging and fun, as we renew old rivalries, and also start some new ones, all in the spirit of rugby. The more we collectively put into it, the more we will, collectively and individually, get out of it. Every year our club’s base gets stronger as we bring through more juniors and retain and recruit at every age level.
There is a solid core of us training hard under the direction of Sheldon Persad, and we are well prepared to start the season off on the right foot. Fitness testing with Sheldon will take place March 31st and all 1st and 2nd team contenders should work towards that, to show the coaches and selectors that they mean business. Contact me or Geoff. There is also a long weekend tour to Chicago for April 23rd-25th.
I look forward to seeing you all out this year ready to play as hard and as well as you can, and mostly to have fun.
